OSHA guidelines pertaining to Radon Gas can be very complex for the average layperson to understand. Some industries work with materials or in conditions that may increase their level of exposure to radon, and different requirements may be set for each instance. HUD Requirements for Radon
If you own or maintain condos, apartment buildings, or other residential buildings, the standard EPA guidelines for Radon apply. The NJDEP recommends testing every 2 years for radon. In the event your building is in need of Radon Mitigation, it is essential that you address this in order to ensure the safety of your tenants. This also applies to homes for sale.
