I don’t normally do reviews but decided to do this given the very positive experience with Advanced Radon Services. It started with Melissa. The process for getting a quote, answering my many questions and getting scheduled for remediation was seamless. The installers, Rich and Vincenzo, were great. I have a slopped lot which makes ladder work tricky. They picked an excellent spot to run the outside piping and did a great job in working around some of the bump outs at the different levels of the house. I could see some installers just picking a spot that makes their job easier for them vs. dealing with the slope. These guys didn’t do that. Melissa followed up after receiving the post mitigation radon testing report. My radon levels went from the 30s (yes 30) to 0.2 pCi/L. Great experience and great result. I highly recommend this company Ralph was extremely professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions and concerns with confidence. (Being my first time with a radon mitigation system, I had more than a few questions) The install only took about 3 hours and the work looks fantastic! I was concerned with where we could install it, as we only had one spot in the home I felt comfortable putting it, however the work that Ralph did was exceptional, clean, and well done. I would absolutely recommend them over anyone else, and I’m excited to see the result of the levels in a few weeks! UPDATE: Just received the test results back and we went from 7.8 to 0.2! What an amazing improvement!

My radon detector picked up radon levels in my basement above 4 so I decided to invest in my family's health. I researched several companies but Advanced Radon was recommended by others in my town and they had good reviews so I decided to go with them. Ralph showed up a few days after I called and did an impeccable job. I was nervous about drilling into my finished basement tile but he was unbelievably neat and the system isn't obtrusive at all. Ralph was also very respectful and wore booties when he had to go into the house to do some work there. After the system was installed my detector's levels went down to 0.1 and continue to hover around 0.1. Overall, selecting Advanced Radon was the right decision. Another HUGE shout-out to Ralph who did an amazing job.

In addition to giving the best quote, they were super friendly and were able to fit our installation in promptly. On installation day, Ralph went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our install. He was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and explaining things in an easy to understand way. He was able to install the system exactly where we wanted and kept everything neat and clean. The system looks and works great; after retesting our levels went down from 3.1 to 0.8. After doing a test last week, the levels of radon were higher than we felt comfortable with so I called Radon Removal right after hearing the results and spoke with Jim about my concerns and getting a quote for the system. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and gave me the peace of mind that they would be able to install the system at and would do so immediately. Great Service and Ease to work with! Initially had tested to have high radon over 4.0 within the house and called up Advanced Radon Services and now the results are 0.2! Ralph was great! Easy to talk to! Ralph made it easy to understand and submit a radon test after the work was done. Fan was installed in the attic and holes were put in for mitigation purposes.

I highly recommend Advanced Radon Services! We have a finished basement and was worried about the aesthetics of the mitigation system. However, there was no need to worry. Ralph took the time to discuss options and found the best spot for installation that wouldn’t be an eye sore and still lower our radon levels. Our levels of 5.0+ are now down to 0.4! We can finally use the basement again!
